Where can I purchase Tickets?
- Tickets can be purchased at the gate or in advance by CLICKING HERE
- ONLINE TICKETS ARE GOOD FOR ANY DATE/TIME!!!!

How long is the wait?
- Wait times vary. We suggest coming to the show early to avoid longer wait times.
- Sunday-Wednesday has the shortest wait times!
- Beat the weekend traffic and come during the week!

How long does it take to drive through the show?
- Drive-thru time varies
- Average drive-thru time is 45 minutes.

What if there is inclement weather?
- We are open in the rain
- Closings will be posted on Facebook & Instagram. Please follow us for these updates.

What forms of payment are accepted at the gate?
- We accept cash and all major credit cards at the gate!

Are tickets refundable?
- No. Tickets are nonrefundable.

Are you open on major holidays?
- Yes!
- We are open Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.  

Are there restrooms available?
- Yes.

Are pets allowed?
- Yes. So long as they stay with you!

Can you ride in the bed of a truck, on a trailer or motorcycle?
- Yes

Can buses, limos or RVs go through the show?

Are tickets per person?
- No! Prices are by the carload!
